No. The Free tier never asks for one. You only enter payment details if you choose a paid plan, and that happens on Stripe's secure checkout — Dollarity never stores your card number.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from Settings in the app. Changes are prorated by Stripe, so you're only charged for what you actually use.
Open Settings and use the billing portal — one click, no phone call, no retention gauntlet. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, then drop to the Free tier. Your data stays.
Nothing is deleted. Tier-specific features stop being available, but your accounts, bills, budgets, and history remain exactly as they were, and come right back if you upgrade again.
